Swedish massage is primarily used to relax the body & mind with slow, light to medium pressured strokes over the body. Gentle pressure is applied to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.

A deep massage that focuses on the deep layers of the muscle tissue which helps with relief from chronic muscular tension, neck and shoulder aches, back problems, and the release of toxins in the body.

Prenatal Massage Therapy
Ideal for the lady seeking relief from many of the common side effects of pregnancy, whether they suffer from backaches, headaches, edema or other pregnancy related problems. Please have your physician clear you for massage.
